Hair Replacement

Does anyone have any idea how painful hair transplant surgery? My brother told me that the issue here -!? "Thank surgery wow.hair compensation sure.sounds pinful not but have you tried to ask your doctor or visit the location of the surgery (WebMD, surgery.com, wiki.) It's not bad. Doctors are using anesthesia, so you do not feel anything at surgery. they hit you in the head so you fall asleep and wake up only after the surgery is over (with the brand new wig lol)
